There are three distinct offerings within the Wellings model.
Port Hope will include two types of housing. Firstly, a four-storey mid-rise with seventy-six apartments, including a clubhouse, dining room and pub, concierge services, fitness gym, and a fully furnished outdoor patio space to enjoy. Additionally, the one-storey bungalows, built adjacent to the apartments, will provide an additional 36 Villas.
Once complete, the community will include one- and two-bedroom options, complete with food and common-area options, full-sized kitchens, appliances, washer and dryer, and easy-care durable finishes for additional comfort and ease.
